THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mrs. Ayesha Shehryar - Chariperson

Mrs. Ayesha Shehryar has spent more than 15 years in Textile and NBFI sector, holding leading roles that supervised the development of business plan, operating and management of the company. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of the company since 2011 and chairperson of the Board since 2015. She actively participates in strategic planning process and policy development to cater the issues being faced by the company. Prior to this she held senior positions and was a member of the Board of Directors of Zahidjee Textile Mills Limited. She started her professional career under the shelter of her Father. She holds degree in Economics and Finance from Lahore School of Economics. She is also major shareholder of the company.

Mr. Muhammad Asif - Chief Executive

Mr. Muhammad Asif has spent more than 23 years in Textile and NBFI sector and has versatile experience in the field of investment– Banking, Corporate Finance, Feasibility Study of Projects and its implementation, Corporate Affairs, Conducting Financial Analysis, Business restructuring and manufacturing. He is the CEO of the Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited. He joined the company in 2010 and worked as SVP finance and Executive Director. He joined the company during its hard times but under his dynamic leadership the company remained afloat and from last couple of years company’s financial position is stable now. In his tenure, the company was awarded Best Performance award in the category of Turnaround in performance by NBFI & Modaraba Association of Pakistan. Prior to this he held senior positions in a leading textile company, manufacturer and exporter of yarn, fabric and made-ups. He is a Chartered Management Accountant from Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan and Associate member of Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants.

Mr. Muhammad Qasim - Executive Director

Mr. Muhammad Qasim is a well-known businessman in Faisalabad business community. He has more than 30-years business experience in textile, real estate and construction industry. He is a commerce graduate and has very sound family background in the business of textile sector. His area of specialization is policy formation and its implementation and new project development. He made efforts in providing innovative products to the customers of Zahidjee Group. The Group produces the best quality fabric which has established sound market spread all over the world. Prior to this he was the Executive director of Zahidjee Textile Mills Limited.

Mrs. Fiza Zahid - Director

Mrs. Fiza Zahid has spent more than 17 years in Textile sector, holding leading roles that supervised the development of business plan, operating and management of the company. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of the company since 2011 and actively participating in the affairs of the company through board and its committees. Prior to this she held senior positions and was a member of the Board of Directors of Zahidjee Textile Mills Limited. She started her professional career under the shelter of her Father. She holds degree in Economics and Finance from Lahore School of Economics.

Mr. Shahab Ud Din Khan - Director

Mr. Shahab holds master degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and possesses versatile experience of more than 37 years in the field of audit, finance, accounts, corporate affairs and system development of the industrial sector. He has the sound knowledge of systems of internal controls, policy formulation and implementation. He has expertise in industrial Balancing, Modernization and Replacement. Presently he is serving as Chief Financial Officer of public limited, listed company that deals in manufacturing of yarn, fabrics and made-ups. He is certified director and got training/certification from Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan.

Mr. Zahir Qamar - Independent Director

Mr. Zahir Qamar has been serving the textile industry for the last 20 years. He has a dynamic experience in the fields of Finance, Accounts, Internal audit, corporate affairs and system development. He had served on senior positions in different organizations and possesses a very rich experience. Currently he is working as AVP Finance at Crescent Bahuman Ltd. He is a Cost & Management Accountant. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. He is certified director and got training/certification from Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan.

Mr. Abdul Shakoor - Independent Director

Mr. Abdul Shakoor has served more than 25 years in Textile sector and has dynamic experience in the field of accounts, corporate finance, internal audit, corporate affairs, conducting financial analysis and corporate decision making based on financial analysis. He is presently serving as General Manager Finance at Haroon Fabrics (Private) Limited. He is a Chartered Management Accountant from Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan and Associate member of Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants. He was elected twice as the Chairman of Faisalabad Branch Council of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan and headed different Committees of the branch.
